Meet Brett Wible

I wanted more than
the next promotion.

Brett WibleVirtuity Financial

Before building in financial services, I was a Senior Vice President at Fiserv. I valued the experience, but I wanted to put my effort into building a business and developing people.

I’ve spent the past year refining our processes, training and systems. Now I’m looking for good people who are hungry, coachable and ready to contribute and take ownership of their effort.

This won’t be easy. We’ll work on the skills, the habits and the follow-through. And we’ll keep the people we serve at the center of the work.

You bring the drive. We put structure, coaching and accountability around it.
Build with support

You don’t have to
figure it out alone.

Your ambition needs somewhere to go. Put it into practice.

Licensing guidance

Understand the steps toward the licenses your work requires.

Practical training

Practice conversations, appointments, education and follow-up.

Coaching & feedback

Work on the skills that need attention. Show up ready to improve.

A path to leadership

Learn to take responsibility for your work and develop others.

The standard

Part-time can be serious.
Casual isn’t the standard.

For Brett’s active-builder coaching track, plan for at least 20 focused hours each week. That is the participation standard for this coaching track. It is not a company-wide employment requirement or a promise of results.

You’ll feel at home here if…

  • You’re hungry to learn and willing to be coached.
  • You will prospect, follow up and keep your word.
  • You care about helping people make informed decisions.
  • You’re ready to make room for the work.

This probably isn’t your path if…

  • You’re looking for a salaried job opening.
  • You expect guaranteed or effortless income.
  • You’re unwilling to pursue required licensing.
  • You want the outcome without the participation.

Take ownership of
the hours you have.

Straight answers

Know what
you’re exploring.

Is this a salaried job?

No. It’s an independent-contractor insurance business. Compensation is commission-based; business expenses are your responsibility. See the official earnings disclosure.

Do I need a license or prior experience?

You can explore the opportunity before becoming licensed. Activities requiring a license must wait until you have the appropriate licensing and authorization.

Can I start part-time?

Yes. Brett’s active-builder coaching track is designed around at least 20 focused hours each week. That is a team standard for this track, not a company-wide minimum.

Does this involve selling or recruiting?

Yes, it involves insurance sales. Building an agency also involves recruiting and mentoring agents. Team-building is a separate path from focusing on your own client practice.

What does it cost to get started?

Review the current onboarding, licensing and ongoing business expenses before committing. Ask for the current fee schedule during the introductory conversation; this page does not quote fees.

How much will I earn?

There is no guaranteed income. Results vary, and business expenses reduce earnings. Review the current earnings disclosure rather than treating any individual’s story as a prediction.
