The agency-building path includes recruiting and mentoring other agents. Eligible team sales may generate overrides under the compensation agreement.
Before building in financial services, I was a Senior Vice President at Fiserv. I valued the experience, but I wanted to put my effort into building a business and developing people.
I’ve spent the past year refining our processes, training and systems. Now I’m looking for good people who are hungry, coachable and ready to contribute and take ownership of their effort.
This won’t be easy. We’ll work on the skills, the habits and the follow-through. And we’ll keep the people we serve at the center of the work.
You bring the drive. We put structure, coaching and accountability around it.
Your ambition needs somewhere to go. Put it into practice.
Understand the steps toward the licenses your work requires.
Practice conversations, appointments, education and follow-up.
Work on the skills that need attention. Show up ready to improve.
Learn to take responsibility for your work and develop others.
